Amendment to the Memorandum showing the procedure to be adopted in connection with the appointment and transfer of Judges of High Courts in Part A and B States, in order to provide for a simpler procedure when the seniormost puisne Judge on duty is proposed to be appointed as an acting Chief Justice of a High Court.
