Regarding the Officers obtained Leave of Absence from their Corps and Stations viz Lieutenant Colonel H. Smith of 15th Regiment Native Infantry, Captain E.A. Humfireys of 8th Light Cavalry, Ensign W.J. Hare of 41st Regiment Native Infantry.
