Regarding posted and removal of Lieutenant Colonel James Morison to the 6th Regiment Light Cavalry and Veterinary Surgeon J. Western removed from the 5th to the 7th Light Cavalry and Veterinary Surgeon J.F Jennings from the latter to the former Regiment.
