Decision to offer the Archaeological Scholarship sanctioned for a Persian and Arabic scholar to a Sanskrit student, namely, Professor Ram prasad Chanda, for a year and to allow him to draw Rs. 100 per mensem in the first year instead of Rs. 75 in addition to his furlough pay.
