Amendment of Section 33 Cantonment Code, 1899, so as to (I) Increase the Powers of General Officers of Commands, Thus Enabling Them to Section Reappropriations from Any One Major Head of the Cantonment Fund Budget Estimate to a Another Subject, in the Case of Each Such Head, to a Maximum Limit of 20 Per Cent Instead of 10 Per Cent as at Present; and (11) Invest General Officers Commanding Districts With Similar Powers of Reappropriation, But Subject to a Maximum Limit of 10 Per Cent Only
