Arrangement made with the East Indian Railway Company under Section 9 (2) of Act II of 1886, for the collection by the Company of income-tax from persons in their employ or pay. East Indian Railway Company allowed to deduct from the salaries of persons in their employ, before assessing the tax, sums paid to certain Funds and Institution with the exception of payments to the Guarantee Fund. Decision that for purposes of Act II of 1886, Calcutta, shall be deemed to be the principal place of business of the East Indian Railway Company
