Position of Indians in territories for which a mandate is conferred upon a Dominion in accordance with the 6th paragraph of Article 22 of the Covenant of League of the Nations and representation to the South African Government that the transfer of South West Africa from Germen to British South African administration may not entail any new legal discrimination against the entry of British Indian subjects not in force under German Government.
