Request of the Vice-Chancellor, East Punjab University to H.E. the Chancellor of the Delhi University for permission to :- (1) Establish an East Punjab University College in Delhi, and for (2) Affiliation to the E.P.U fo the Lady Hardinge Medical College. Decision that the Govt. of India, Ministry of Education which is the competent authority to issue orders exempting these two institutions from the operation of section 5(2) of the Delhi University Act, 1922
