Retention of ministerial Government servants between the ages of 55 and 60-Clarification of certain points in connection with, viz (i) Definition of high standard of efficiency. (ii) Competent authority can decide the cases in the absence of D.P.C. (iii) Date of commencement of the leave should be the date of attaining the age of 55 or the expiry of the previous sanction. (iv) Displaced Government servants are subject to the medical examination in the same way as other Central Government servants
