Question whether continuation of special casual leave with regular leave allowed as very special case in the case of tournaments of National or International Importance, Inter-Ministerial or Interdepartmental tournaments and training courses etc. in the Territorial Army debars the Govt. servants from the continuation of special casual leave with ordinary casual leave. (Decision-Continuation of special casual leave in such cases may be allowed either with regular leave or casual leave at a time and not with both.)
