(1) Reitreation of the decision that the Administrators of Union Territories should correspond directly with the Ministries on subjects with which the latter are administrively concerned and that copies of such communication should be endorsed to the Ministry of Home Affairs. (2) Decision that it will be open the Ministry of Community Development and Cooperation to communicate to the Administrators their impression on the work of Development Commissioner, Registrar of Cooperative Societies and Director of Panchayat and that such communication will be placed on the character rolls of the officers concerned
