Question whether termination of service after due notice, as provided for in the terms of appointment in a case like that of Mr. Joshi would attract the provision of sec. 240(3) of the Government of India Act and late 55 of the C, C. and Appeal Rules. Suggestion that Mr. Joshi may be given an option to resign his appointment if he so desires
