Proposal to extend statutory rules etc. applicable to Central Services to Part C States. Decision that the rules made under sec. 96 B (2) of the Govt. of India Act, 1919 and made under sec. 241 (2) of the Govt. of India Act, 1935 and continued in force under Article 313 of the Constitution automatically apply to Govt. servants serving in Part C States and other Central Govt. servants wherever located
