Koteeswaran, Mr. S-Representation from-requesting that (a) he should be nominated to a permanent post of an Assistant instead of a quasi-permanent one and (b) the service rendered by him as a temporary Assistant, prior to his nomination to the quasi-permanent post should be treated for purposes of leave, seniority etc. as rendered in a quasi-permanent vacancy. Rejection of his request at (a) and (b) above and decision that the procedure of not making any distinction between a permanent and a quasi-pernanent post for purposes of appointment of Assistants, followed in respect of the 1942 list, should be avoided in future
