Offical Language of the Union Territory of Delhi-Decision that the use of Hindi shold be encouraged in all official work of the Delhi Administration except in respect of correspondence with the Union Government or departments in non-Hindi areas-A Committee should be appointed to draw up a line Schedulte for progressive use of Hindi-Urdu should be given its due place-Hindi should be in Deva-Nagari script-Encourgment should be given to the growth of regional languages-N.D.M.C. was advised to take action on the above decision-Decision that schools in Delhi should impart teaching in regional language wherever possible
