H.B.M's consul-general and agent of the Government of India in Khorasan informed that there is no objection to his sanctioning a remunerative monthly allowance from the contract grant for office allowance at his disposal for any member of his office establishment whose pay is disbursed from offfice allowance whether he enjoys pensionable status or not. Refusal of the Government of India to grant to him similar authority in respect of members of his establishment who hold pensionable appointments the cost of which is not met from his office allowance
