The Agent to the Governor-General in Central India informed that the period for which Captain R.J. Macnabb, Tutor and Guardian to H.H. the Maharaja of Panna was under anti-rabic treatment at Kasauli should be treated as casual leave and that the question of the grant of an allowance of Rs 300/-a month to Mr S.F. Madden, Asstt. Master in the Mayo College, Ajmer, for the period during which the he acted for Captain Macnabb should be left for settlement between these two officers themselves
