Rejection of the proposal that the clerks of the Kashmir Residency office should be permitted to draw travelling allowance under Article 1098 of the Civil Service Regulations in respect of the annual moves between Srinagar and Sialkot, instead of under the existing orders. Decision that the journeys in question are not to be regarded in future as on transfer for purpose of Articles 1094 and 1098 of the Civil Service Regulations but as analogous to the Delhi-Simla move of the Govt. of India
