Exemption of the Political Officer and the Civil Surgeon, Sikkim from operation of the Article 1056, C.S.R. in respect of prolonged halts at Gyantse and Yatung during the year 1920. Permission to the Offcier and the Civil Surgeon, Sikkim to draw full daily allowance for the first ten days and 2/3rds of it for the rest of their halt at Gyantse and Yatung and to some members of his office establishment to draw at the same rates for the halt at Yatung only
