Question whether an officer of the Political Department can be compelled to retire from the service on completion of his 5 years tenure as a Resident of the 1st Class but before he has completed 35 years service of attained the age of 55 years, as the case may be. Decision that His Majesty has got the prerogative right to terminate at his please the services of any person in his service and as such compulsory retirement before the expiry of service of age limit gives no statutory claim to compensation
