Advises despatch of a Case addressed to H.E. Sir R. Temple & Contg. a set of First Class Insignia of the Star of India for H.E.`s use; & requests taht receipt of the decoration may be acknowledged & that the 2nd Class Insignia previously recd. by H.E. may be returned.
