Proposal by the Chairman, U.P.S.C that in a case of an extraordinary or ex-gratia awarded under the Extra-ordinary Pension Rules where Govt. propose not to accept the U.P.S.C.s recommendation, the Commission should be apprised of the reasons for not accepting their advice and given a further oppertunity to justify and given their stand, and that the recommendations of the Commission should be considered in a Ministry by officers of the status of Members of the Commission
