(1) Proposal that the temporary appointment of Resident in Waziristan should be made permanent and added to be cadre of the Political Department as a 2nd class Resident on Rs. 2, 750 a month. (2) Proposal to abolish the appointment of Political Agent, Wana, and to entrust the political duties of the appointment to the Commandant of the Southern Waziristan Militia, and to give him a local allowance of Rs. 300 a month for the additional duties involved. (3) Proposal to reduce the appointment of Political Agent, Tochi, to the status of Political Assistant. (4) Proposal to revise the sanctioned grants for establishment and contingent, charges of the Resident in Waziristan, the Political Agent, Wana, and the Political Agent, Tochi. (5) Proposal to abolish the temporary appointment of Personal Assistant to the Resident in Waziristan
