(2) (a) Opening of a lower middle class in school at Alizai (Kurram Valley) (b) Opening of a primary school at Bilyamin (Kurram Valley) (3) Addition of three clerks in the office of the District Officers of the Frontier Constabulary, Peshawar, Hangu and Bannu
