Proposal that the Assistant Surgeons in the N.W.F. Province, who may be appointed to hold independent charge of districts while officiating in posts reserved for members of the I.M.S., may be treated as officers of grade III and be granted daily allowance of Rs. 5/- and mileage allowance of annas six, as in the case of the Assistant Surgeons serving in the Punjab.
