Matters relating to the family of the late Sardar Muhammad Hashim Khan and other Afghan refugees. 1. Amir's reconciliation with the family of Sardar Muhammad Hashim Khan; grant to them of allowances from His Highness. The Amir's wish that they should continue to reside in British territory and draw the allowances they receive from him and from the Government of India. 2. Request of the Amir's Envoy for the removal of restrictions imposed on certain refugees who are no longer regarded as inimical to the Afghan Government. 3. Permission accorded to Sardar Muhammad Ishak Khan and other relatives of the late Sardar Muhammad Hashim Khan to reside in Quetta during the summer. Conditions on which they have been allowed to do so. 4. The Envoy's request that certain refugees may be allowed to visit him at Delhi, Simla or Calcutta. 5. Wish of Nadir Shah Khan, and adherent of Sardar Muhammad Hashim Khan, to join Ishak Khan's party at Quetta. 6. Attempt of the Amir's Envoy to interfere with Sardar Muhammad Ishak Khan and party at Quetta. Letter of remonstrance addressed to him in the matter.
