(1) Returns of Afghan Refugees residing in the United Provinces of Agra and Oudh, in the Punjab, in Baluchistan, in the North-West Frontier Province, and in the Bombay Presidency for the year 1902. (2) Rejection of a proposal made by the Bombay Government to omit from column 9of the return the numbers of the followers of Afghan refugees who receive allowances from Government. (3) Instructions to the Agent to the Governor-General in Baluchistan to omit form future returns the names of refugees of on importance and of those who receive no allowances from Government
