Scott I.M.S of a special charge allowance of Rs.750/- a month, for the period from 1st September 1912 to the 27th March 1913, during which in addition to his own duties as agency surgeon he performed the duties of Political Resident in Turkish Arabia and H.B.Ms Consul General Baghdad in lieu of the charge allowance of Rs.150/- a month already drawn by him
