Sanction to the:- 1) Relaxation of the provisions of Artical 1059, Civil Service Regulation in favour Lieutenant-COlonel H. F. Jacob, Assistant Political Resident, Aden who was was deputed to visit the Haushabi Country and the grant to him of the actual cost of maintaining camp equipage at headquarters, and 2) debit to military estimates of a sum of R1, 578 on account of expenditure incurred on the hire of baggage camels by the military escort which accompanied Lieutenaut-Colonel Jacob, and 3) grant to the three military officers of the escort of a detention allowance of R5 a day
