Payment of the Bhutan Subsidy. Requesting him to intimate to the Deb Rajah that in future the Envoy must deliver to the Deputy Commissioner of Julpigoree a letter signed by the Deb and Dhurum Rajahs authorizing him to receive the subsidy under Treaty. Also desiring the Commissioner to send a reminder to the Deb Rajah for a reply to Mr. Forbe`s letter calling upon him to send back British subjects now in slavery in Bhutan.
