Succession of the Jigmi Namgay to the office of Deb Rajah. In continuation of his No. 772Jct., dated the 18th instant, forwards an extract from a letter from the Sub-divisional officer of Alipore, reporting that Jigmi Namgay has been elected as Deb Rajah of Bhutan.
