Bhootea raid on Choonbatty.- Sanctioning his proposal to intimate to the Deb Rajah that no portion of the subsidy payable to the Bhootan Government in January next will be handed over until Cha Soondoo is delivered at Buxa; and that in the event of his being surrendered, the payment of the half the subsidy will be suspended until the other raiders, and the captives taken in the raid, are made over to the British authorities.
