The Commandant of the C.P.T.C. has suggested that the I.P.S. probationers be given the title of T.A. as soon as they transfer from the National Academy of Administration to the C.P.T.C. Abu-Rule 14 was revised on December 13, 1962, and IPS Probationers who left Mussoorie on December 8, 1962, were given the benefit of the amended rule.
