Lieutenants Governor's Durbar at Buxa. - Submits the enclosed copy of a report, recently submitted by the Deputy Commissioner of Cooch Behar, in regard to the late visit of the Deb Rajah of Bhutan to Buxa having special reference to the part taken by the chief local officers of the Cooch Behar State on that occasion.
