Reports that he has recd. a letter from Tapong Lama of Sikkim information him that he has been directed by the Rajah to arrest and send into Darjeeling all the criminals whose surrender he has demanded for trial and to collect and restore all the persons who have been taken away from the Darjeeling Territory.
