With reference to this office letter No. 685 dated 18th instant requesting to the furnished with a copy of athe Intoner forwarded by H. Ms Minister at Pekin. Refers as to the notification of that Deptt. No. 570 and dated 16th February 1875 which appeared in the supplement to the Gazette of India of the 20th idem.
