(1) Proposal of the Comptroller and Auditor General that rule 64 of the Territorial Councils Rules, 1957, may be so amended that it should specifically provide that the audited copies of the accounts together with audit reports should be placed before the Councils- Decided that it is not necessary to amend the Rules in view of the enactment of the Govt. of Union Territories Bill, 1963. (2) Provision made in Sec. 56 of the Govt. of U.T's Act, 1963 for issue of Removal of Difficulties Order by President. (3) Issue of Removal of Difficulties Order No. 4 under Section 56 of the Govt. of Union Territories Act, 1963
