The Hon. Lt. Col. A.D. Macpherson, C.I.E., Agent to the Governor General in the States of Western India, is granted leave. He is instructed on the protocol to follow while handing over command in Rajkot until the arrival of the Hon. Mr. C.C. Watson. Following his return from leave, the Honourable Mr. C.C. Watson, C.I.E. Resident First Class and Agent to the Governor General in the States of Western India, resumed his duties in accordance with his appointment, which took effect on November 21st, 1926. After retirement, Lt. Col. A.D. Macpherson, C.I.E., a Resident Second Class, is proposed to be given leave.
