With effect from March 24, 1928, Lieutenant Colonel C.B. McConaghy, I.M.S., Nepal's Legation Surgeon, has been granted combined leave. Lieut. Colonel J. Husband, I.M.S., was appointed as the British Envoy's ex-officio assistant and legation surgeon in Nepal upon his return from leave on January 24th, 1928.
