With effect from March 18, 1928, Mr. W.H.J. Wilkinson, C.I.E., a Resident of the Second Class and British Envoy to the Court of Nepal, has been granted leave. The Political Department appointed Lieutenant Colonel T.H. Keyes, C.S.I., C.M.G., C.I.E., to serve as a Resident of the Second Class and stationed as a British Envoy at the Court of Nepal, with effect from March 18, 1926.
