1. Instead of the Hon. Sir Norman Bolton, who was allowed leave, Lt. Col. R.G.W. Heale, O.B.E. was chosen to serve as C.C.N.W.F.P. 2. Mr. E.B. Howell was chosen to serve as A.G.G. in Central India. 3. Appointing Lieutenant Colonel H.R.N. Pritchard as acting A.G.G. for Central India between Sir R.I.R. Glancy's departure and leave and Mr. E.B. Howell's return from leave. 4. The Hon. Mr. L.w. Reynolds, C.C.I.C.I.E.X.M.G., was given leave; Mr. A.N.L. Cater was chosen to serve as A.G.G. Rajputana. 5. The appointment of Lt. Col. T.H. Keyes, C.S.I.C.I.E.C.M.G., to serve as the A.G.G. for the Western India States in place of the honourable Lt. Col. H.S. Strong, who was granted leave awaiting retirement. 6. Mr. C.H. Gabriel, C.V.O. was chosen to serve as Resident Gwalior, in place of Lt. Col. Keyes. 7. The Hon. Mr. J.A.O. Fitzpatrick's appointment as resident first class and A.G.G. of the Punjab States, effective from October 17, 1928
