The Criminal Courts and Court Martial (Adjustment of Jurisdiction) Rules, 1978, are found in Section 475 of the Code of Criminal Procedure from 1973.- Amendment to include trial of Coast Guard personnel and remove some deficiencies- Correction of Rules released as S.O. No. 4010 dated November 24, 1986 to correct some drafting errors
