(1) Lt. Colonel J.R.J. Tynrell, C.I.E., I.M.S., an agency surgeon, was granted leave with effect from April 8, 1931. (2) With effect from April 8, 1931, Lieutenant Colonel R.F.D. MacGregor, M.C., I.M.S. was appointed as Chief Medical Officer for Central India and Residency Surgeon in Indore. (3) From April 5 to April 13 inclusive, Major W.P. Hogg, an agency surgeon in Bhopal, was appointed to serve as an official political agent in addition to his other responsibilities.
