Delegation of power in the matter of acceptance of medical certificate of incapacity for further service under Article 442(d) of the civil service Regulations to the officers who have been empowered to sanction pensions of non-gazette subordinates under the orders in this department no. 1228., dated 29th February, 1908 refusal to empower these officers to accept in the case of employes whose pay at the time of retirement does not exceed Rs. 20, certificates of incapacity from any medical officer not below the rank of a Civil Assistant surgeon in charge of a State or aided Dispensary.
