Orders that officers who are granted advances in India for the purchase of motor cars, motor boats, or motor cycles should without delay insure them against loss, damage or accident, that the amount of insurance must not be less than the outstanding balance of the advance, and that the insurance most be renewal until the advance has been completely repaid.
