Raising by the Bombay port trust during 1915-16, loans aggregating Rs. 68,69,000 on account of (1) unpaid balances of the loan of Rs. 127 lakhs sanctioned in 1914-15. (2) Alexandra and Hughes Dry Dock and (3) Hazagaon- Reclamation and port trust railway at 4 percent and repayable in periods ranging from 30 to 60 years.
