Decision arising out of a question relating to the Burma Europen Constituency that in the event of failure of a notification under Rule 12 (3) of the Legislative Assembly Electoral Rules, Calling on a constituency to elect, the Governor-General in Council should issue a fresh notification before any proceedings for the scrutiny of nominations can be taken.
