Medical Certificate:- Decision that in the case of a pensions whose age at the time of entry as stated by him differs from that given in the medical offices certificate contemporary evidence in support of his age should be taken and if after assessing the value of the evidence produced, the competent authority is satisfied that the age as given by the govt. servant in corrects it may ignore the age mentioned in the medical report. Otherwise the opinion of the medical authorities will hold good.
