Article 408, C.S.R.Interpretation of __________ leave counting as service for pension,Decision that non-qualifying service which may be allowed to count for pension under Act 361-A C.S.R. should not be taken into account for the impose of Act 408 bid unless such service is treated as permanent for the purpose to leave also, and that “ total service” as the letter article does not include the period added to service qualifying for pension under Act, 403, 404 and 404-A C.S.R.
