Disposal of the balance of credit in the G.P. Fund of the late Mr. P.A. Sleah, Sergeant Bombay city police. Fund Rules, The amount standing to his credit in the fund should be disposed of in accordance with clause (a) of rule 17 of the sand rules” (3) What the amount should be held in deposit while the person to whom payment is to be made in determined by a competent civil court the two potential claimants being informed of the adoption of this course to held told that if they desire to claim the money they should institute proceedings.
